He has more than 24 years’ experience in the property industry including valuation and advisory practice, commercial sales and leasing, development and planning, and high density residential project sales and marketing
David was the founder and owner of Raine and Horne New Zealand and a former director of Savills and CBRE with numerous awards for service and performance.
David’s particular skill is in understanding the balance of operational efficiency and sales effectiveness required for a successful project.
Clients have included: Tower Corporation, Colonial, Lend Lease, EG Funds, PWC, Reed Property Group, Metro Property, Pacific Group and Regency Developments along with numerous private development and equity groups.
Recent significant project appointments include: Soul Surfers Paradise, Oceanique Mandurah, Riverview Outlook Nerang and Belise Bowen Hills.
Andrew CloughSales Director
He is a dedicated professional, providing a high level of expertise and knowledge of the real estate industry as well as developments and project sales.
As Principal of Professionals New Farm since 1990, Andrew was committed to service excellence and customer satisfaction and demanded this of his sales team. His ability to provide essential leadership skills, within the sales environment, motivates and ensures team results.
During that time, Andrew built one of the largest property management diversions in Brisbane and it is now one of the city’s largest real estate offices offering diverse range of property services.
Personally, Andrew has developed a number of properties on both the Sunshine Coast and in Brisbane. These were both residential and commercial developments.
Andrew has recently combined forces with LJ Hooker to create a specialist project marketing division servicing numerous high density residential developments.
Josh PagottoProject Sales
Josh is knowledgeable, practical, hardworking and understanding and has a passion for customer service and providing value to his clients. He understands the importance of contact with his clients and has developed superior communication skills.
Over his career, Josh has seen a trend of clients returning for more, which is testament to his excellent levels of communication and service. He always finds time to get to know his clients and understand their needs.
Property is in his blood and Josh draws inspiration and understanding from many sources including his family who have completed a number of projects, including subdivisions, commercial and residential property developments.
Growing up in this environment has given Josh the passion for property. He strongly believes that it is not only his duty to represent his clients to the best of his ability, but to guide them throughout every step of the process armed with in-depth, up-to-the-minute market knowledge, so that his clients are able to make the best possible decisions.
Chris HenericProject Sales
Chris is committed to delivering value greater than the physical property transaction, creating a partnership with clients to realise their objectives for their home or investment. His interpersonal skills, client-focus and dedication to excellence in high-pressure environments help achieve outstanding results for clients.
With a significant background combining banking, customer service and Sales, Chris brings a fresh approach and unique depth of knowledge to the team at LJ Hooker Development Services. Chris has a good understanding of local clients & family’s needs when looking to buy and sell property in the area.
Chris is bi lingual and speaks fluent Hindi and with his knowledge of Eastern and Western culture is ideally suited to working closely with prospective buyers who are looking for properties across the area.
Blair CameronMarketing Coordinator
Blair has over 12 years experience in both design and digital mediums. He is responsible for the design, management and production of all promotional material for the company and its projects, as well as design and maintenance of both company and project websites.
Providing integral skills with HTML and CSS coding, he manages the online and back-end website production areas for LJ Hooker Development Services as well as all technical requirements of our proprietary MiNT CRM system.
As a digital media strategist, he collaborates with the LJ Hooker Development Services team to produce effective promotional tools for both traditional and digital mediums.
