David is among Australia’s leading real estate professionals with broad national and international experience.
He has more than 24 years’ experience in the property industry including valuation and advisory practice, commercial sales and leasing, development and planning, and high density residential project sales and marketing
David was the founder and owner of Raine and Horne New Zealand and a former director of Savills and CBRE with numerous awards for service and performance.
David’s particular skill is in understanding the balance of operational efficiency and sales effectiveness required for a successful project.
Clients have included: Tower Corporation, Colonial, Lend Lease, EG Funds, PWC, Reed Property Group, Metro Property, Pacific Group and Regency Developments along with numerous private development and equity groups.
Recent significant project appointments include: Soul Surfers Paradise, Oceanique Mandurah, Riverview Outlook Nerang and Belise Bowen Hills.
Andrew CloughSales Director
Andrew Clough has been a driving force within Brisbane’s real estate industry for over 25 years.
He is a dedicated professional, providing a high level of expertise and knowledge of the real estate industry as well as developments and project sales.
As Principal of Professionals New Farm since 1990, Andrew was committed to service excellence and customer satisfaction and demanded this of his sales team. His ability to provide essential leadership skills, within the sales environment, motivates and ensures team results.
During that time, Andrew built one of the largest property management diversions in Brisbane and it is now one of the city’s largest real estate offices offering diverse range of property services.
Personally, Andrew has developed a number of properties on both the Sunshine Coast and in Brisbane. These were both residential and commercial developments.
Andrew has recently combined forces with LJ Hooker to create a specialist project marketing division servicing numerous high density residential developments.

Over his career, Josh has seen a trend of clients returning for more, which is testament to his excellent levels of communication and service. He always finds time to get to know his clients and understand their needs.
Property is in his blood and Josh draws inspiration and understanding from many sources including his family who have completed a number of projects, including subdivisions, commercial and residential property developments.
Growing up in this environment has given Josh the passion for property. Bill GemmellProject Sales
Bill Gemmell’s long-held experience in the sales arena, specialising in sales management, has helped him to build an impressive client base and regular repeat business from the many satisfied vendors and purchasers he has served over the years.
With an impressive record of sales on the Gold Coast and throughout the greater Brisbane area, Bill is well known for his impeccable client service and keen negotiating skills. Combined with a high level of commitment, energy and focus – these are the factors in his ongoing success.
Bill initially started with Ray White on the Gold Coast. In 2008 he saw the benefit of selling development-related property and took the opportunity to join his son at the firm of Prime Property Australia, an organisation that focused solely on Project Marketing within the development arena. He stayed with the company during its transition to LJ Hooker Project Marketing (QLD) and since this time has led the successful sales-completion of over 15 developments, ranging from small boutique complexes of 6 to 10 properties through to larger complexes of 70+.
Wes WoodroffeSales & Leasing Executive
Wes has built a strong client base within Residential, Development and Commercial Real Estate due to his extensive experience working with both individuals and B2B in customer service and training industries. He has developed broad experience tendering and negotiating contracts for both private and public companies in the resources industry and has applied this knowledge and process to residential and commercial sales. He is experienced in selling commercial and industrial properties within the resource regions of Surat Basin and Brisbane.
His passion for the real estate industry is evident to those who like and trust his open and honest lines of communication throughout the selling and buying process. Both easy-going and approachable, this manner ensures a strong rapport with both clients and prospective purchasers.

Scott GemmellProject Sales
Scott Gemmell is currently a fully licensed Real Estate Consultant with LJ Hooker New Farm and Associate Director with LJ Hooker Development Services. Scott entered real estate 7 years ago after 11 years as a police officer with the Queensland Police Service.
Within 18 months he was the manager of a Toowong based Real Estate company that specialised in Project Marketing. In less than three years he purchased the business which had sold and managed some 750 plus projects worth over $1.5 billion. In October 2009, after invitation from the LJ Hooker Corporation, Scott opened an LJ Hooker Office and subsequently acquired the franchise of LJ Hooker Project Marketing (Qld).
His passion for both Real Estate and people means he just can’t stop selling. Since joining the LJ Hooker network Scott’s strength in the sales and marketing arena has seen him become a member of the exclusive Captains Club which he achieved in just 6 months. In addition to this he has now qualified and been inducted to the prestigious Multi-Million Dollar Chapter of the Captains Club which only 5% of sales agents internationally can call themselves a member. Blair CameronDigital Design
Blair has over 10 years’ experience in both design and digital mediums. He is responsible for the design and production of all promotional material for the company and its projects, as well as design and maintenance of both company and project websites.
Providing integral skills with HTML and CSS coding, he manages the online and back-end website production areas for LJ Hooker Development Services as well as all technical requirements of our proprietary MiNT CRM system.
As a digital media strategist, he collaborates with the LJ Hooker Development Services team to produce effective promotional tools for both traditional and digital mediums.
Sally WangSales & Marketing Assistant
Starting her Real Estate career at a young age, Francesca has already chalked up 6 years of experience in the industry. She as a Bachelor of Communications from the University of Queensland, majoring in Communications, Media and Culture.
Francesca excels in team environments where she built her reputation for diligently supporting each team member in their day-to-day tasks. She is also skilled at building relationships with clients as the need arises, and is excited about developing her own career in Real Estate.
